Employers in the UK finance sector need to do more to promote inclusivity as they prepare for the coming era of hybrid working according to delegates at a round table run by Inclusive Group.


After 15 months during which fully remote working has become the norm, many firms are now planning to move to hybrid models, allowing staff to split time between home and the office. “Hybrid working will create a fundamental cultural change in the way a lot of us work, and it’s a change that’s been accelerated by Covid. It might otherwise have taken another decade to reach this point,” said Jen Morris, managing director of Inclusive Group and chair of the round table.
