Matt Mitro
Head of Campus Recruiting, Citadel
Matt Mitro is the global head of campus recruiting for Citadel and Citadel Securities. He is responsible for driving the strategy to find, engage, and recruit exceptional student talent globally.
Matt served in a similar role at JPMorgan Chase from 2017 to 2020, during which time he led innovations related to diversity recruiting and the use of neuroscience assessments in lieu of traditional hiring practices. From 2011 to 2017, Matt led a variety of university recruiting and programmatic efforts at Google that focused on technical and non-technical students throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas. During his time at Google, Matt also oversaw the software engineering intern program and Google’s signature partnerships with HBCUs.
Matt’s career also included time spent as a social entrepreneur and attorney. In 2006, Matt founded Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise and product design company that now empowers more than 1200 female artisans and youth in Ghana and Rwanda. Matt began his professional career as a practicing attorney in Washington, DC, where he advised on infrastructure projects in developing countries.
Kirk Wylie
Head of CDIO IB Risk Tech, UBS
Originally from Silicon Valley, Kirk started his career working for technology startups in the original Dot-Com boom before moving to London. In London he has worked for hedge funds, derivatives trading firms, and three of the largest financial services firms in the world.
He also founded OpenGamma, an open source derivatives risk technology startup. He has worked extensively in derivatives risk technology, architecture, agile transformations, and cloud/platform engineering.
He lives in Clapham in London with his husband.
Tom Cornell
Senior Technologist, HireVue
Tom is a Senior Organisational Psychology Consultant at HireVue, specialising in the design, development and delivery of HireVue’s interview- and game-based assessments. He completed his Postgraduate degree in Occupational Psychology in London, and has spent his entire career working with psychometrics.
He recently spent 3 years in Australia with HireVue driving assessment growth across the region, partnering with strategic accounts and partner channels. This included localising our interview-assessment technology for the Japanese market making it the first solution of its kind in Japan.
He currently lives in Copenhagen where he continues to bring an International focus to HireVue’s assessment offering.
Dr. Wang Shengzu
Global Head of Asset Management and Managing Director, Haitong International Securities Group Limited
Dr. Wang Shengzu is the Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management at Haitong International Securities Group Limited (“HTISG”)’s asset management arm. Dr. Wang has more than ten years’ experience in the financial industry and public services.
Before joining Haitong International, he most recently served as the Co-head of Investment Strategy Group Asia at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for China and EM Asia macro strategies and tactical asset allocation. Prior to this, he was a Senior Economist at Barclays and was responsible for the macroeconomic research covering mainland China and Hong Kong. He also worked at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), providing financing and policy advice to member countries.
Dr. Wang received his Ph.D. in Economics from McGill University, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen).
Ino Jiu

Ms Ino Jiu is the Managing Director and Group Head of Human Resources of Haitong International Securities Group Limited (665.HK).
Ino has more than twenty-five years of human resources experience in the investment banking industry. Prior to joining Haitong International, she worked as regional human resources professional with international investment banks such as BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, Samsung Securities, Natixis Bank.
Ino began her career as a Company Secretary and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She received her Master in Human Resources from Macquarie University.

Andrea is a first year corporate analyst in Bank of Singapore and she is in the Data Hub team as part of her first rotation. Andrea has gained immeasurable experience in understanding the importance of the banks 'information to be organised, protected, and stored, for data to be analysed for business decision making. As one of the key focus is increasing the level of data literacy within our employees, Andrea collaborates with the data stakeholders to ensure high levels of data quality is maintained using tools such as the Data Detective and via forums such as the Data Working Group.
Benjamin Leong

Benjamin is a first year corporate analyst in Bank of Singapore and he is in the Financial Crime and Compliance (FCC) team as part of his first rotation. Working with the FCC Innovation, Data Analytics & Technology team, he has acquired great exposure in the strategizing, researching, designing, and prototyping of innovation concepts anchored on intelligence and data analytics capabilities to drive proactive detection of financial crime risks to the bank. As the team continues to transform key FCC controls for the bank, Benjamin collaborates with data analytics and FCC specialists in the team to innovate, experiment and develop new innovation initiatives and automation capabilities to enhance the bank’s ability to detect emerging risks and strengthen defence against financial crime.
Victoria McLean

As CEO of award-winning, international career consultancy City CV and Hanover Talent Solutions, Victoria has devoted her career to helping individuals excel in theirs. Victoria spent her earlier career in global recruitment before joining Goldman Sachs and then Merrill Lynch, where she delivered insights that transformed recruitment strategy. In 2009 she founded City CV, now part of the Hanover Group, to bridge a market gap for top-quality CV and LinkedIn profile writing, and interview coaching.
Since then, Victoria has grown City CV into an international client-focused business that empowers job seekers and helps companies to protect their most important resource – their people – through coaching programmes, leadership development, workshops, DEI consultancy and outplacement services.
Lizzie Louis
Executive Director, Dartmouth Partners
Lizzie is an Executive Director of Dartmouth’s Early Careers team and is an expert in creating hiring strategies for this sector. She is responsible for designing talent acquisition programmes and advising firms on best-practice recruitment processes, attraction campaigns and Diversity & Inclusion engagement on-campus.
Lizzie has worked on recruitment campaigns across Europe and in the US, including Spring Weeks, Intern Programmes, and Graduate Schemes for investment banks, asset managers and private equity firms. She has experience in organising events and workshops for brand building and targeted engagement on-campus. She also spearheaded the launch of Dartmouth’s annual Gen Z Hiring Report to advise clients on how to best attract and retain incoming graduate talent.
