Co-Founder and Director (UK)
An award-winning recruitment executive, Priscilla has played a global role in the development of organisational competence for two industries – namely Supply Chain Management, and Renewable Energy. As Co-Founder of AltGen, she has led teams across the group’s 3 divisions (Recruitment, Employment Services and Capacity Consulting) to fast-track clients’ ability to put renewable MWs onto the African, European and United Kingdom grids. Her expertise lies in skills identification, skills and competency development and organisational design. Some notable projects include Curriculum Development for the African Union; Competency Framework development for the Wind Industry; Lessons-Learned Framework Development for the Construction Industry; Biogass Skills Analysis; and development of internship programmes for both ESG and Engineering skills across the renewable sphere. She is as comfortable engaging with labourers on construction sites, as she is facilitating deep thinking at the board level. She has led target-driven teams, encouraging above-average performance through the enablement of competency, autonomy, and motivation.
