Founder and CEO, City CV

 

As CEO of award-winning, international career consultancy City CV and Hanover Talent Solutions, Victoria has devoted her career to helping individuals excel in theirs. Victoria spent her earlier career in global recruitment before joining Goldman Sachs and then Merrill Lynch, where she delivered insights that transformed recruitment strategy. In 2009 she founded City CV, now part of the Hanover Group, to bridge a market gap for top-quality CV and LinkedIn profile writing, and interview coaching. Since then, Victoria has grown City CV into an international client-focused business that empowers job seekers and helps companies to protect their most important resource – their people – through coaching programmes, leadership development, workshops, DEI consultancy and outplacement services.

Andrew Osayemi 

Global Head of Corporate Partnerships, AmplifyME 

 

Andrew Osayemi has had many different careers - TV show creator, author, financial markets trader, diversity recruitment specialist, investment banking talent acquisition vice president and technology business development director.

 

From humble beginnings Andrew started his career working for RBS as a Forward FX Trader in London/New York. At 27 he left RBS and founded a TV production company, MTA Productions. MTA enjoyed huge success in creating TV shows - it's hit show was Meet the Adebanjos which ran for 3 seasons/50 episodes and aired on Netflix.
 
Andrew then joined Rare Recruitment (a diversity graduate recruitment company) in 2018 as Head of Investment Banking, Financial Services and Consulting Clients. He then left to work for two of his clients – Citi and Morgan Stanley. 
 
Recently he has joined AmplifyME, a recruitment technology company, as their Global Head of Corporate Partnerships. Born and bred in South London, Andrew lives by two main motto’s - be the change you want to see and never give up on your dreams!! He is the author of two top rated books - The Successful Student Job Hunter and The DIY Career Switch.
