As a Coach, Cindy supports clients of all career levels, primarily managers, executives, and C-suite level leaders on key development areas such as inclusive leadership, personal branding, and in-depth career transitions.
For nearly two decades, the core of Cindy’s career has been focused on finding and developing diverse talent. Prior to launching The Cee Suite, she led human capital programs for two of the world’s leading financial services and consulting companies, Goldman Sachs and Accenture. Her key areas of competency include recruiting, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), performance management, and design thinking.
Regardless of her role, title or mandate, Cindy has always felt a strong connection to personal and professional growth, mentorship and inclusion efforts, social progress, and has passionately used her platforms to support and inspire high-performing teams.
Today, Cindy advises organizations in varying stages of their talent management and DEI journeys and helps teams transform their critical ‘people’ practices.
Karen Ho, Director, Barclays Investment Bank
Karen Ho is the Head of Fixed Income Trading Technology at Barclays and is responsible for the buildout and ongoing extension of electronic trading platforms for the Rates, Credit, and Securitized Products businesses.
Prior to joining Barclays in August 2019, Karen was the Head of Equity Derivatives Trading and Sales Technology at Credit Suisse, where she drove a strategic effort to globalize the pre-trade technology platforms and instituted a focus on Agile development practices. Karen was previously COO of FinTech startup Broadway Technology, a statistical arbitrage trader, and Equity Derivatives developer (both at Bank of America.) She started her career at O’Connor and Associates (now UBS) as a developer on FX Derivatives trading systems.
Karen holds a degree in Computer Science from MIT and an MBA in Finance from NYU. She has served on both the Board of the MIT Alumni Association and was President of the MIT Club of New York.
Rainy Gill, Marketing Director, eFinancialCareers
Rainy Gill is the Director of Marketing at eFinancialCareers and is a traditionally trained marketer having graduated with both BA and Master’s degree in Marketing. Rainy also holds over 18 years of marketing experience within various industries to include 14 years in the Financial Services publishing industry, where she was Head of Product Marketing for the Financial Risk Management and Trading Technology division at Incisive Media. Rainy’s recent role saw her leading the European marketing function for the Consulting division of Kantar.
Rainy is passionate about supporting diversity, equality and inclusion programs.
The recent eFinancialCareers Virtual Careers Event, U.S. Women in Tech, allowed female technology professionals to hear from top speakers on challenges within the industry and chat online in real-time with recruitment representatives of leading firms in the finance sector (Ameriprise, Barclays, Bloomberg, BNY Mellon, J.P.Morgan, M&T Tech, State Street, and Wellington).
