eFinancialCareers invited the Hong Kong & Singapore winners of the Ideal Recruiter Survey to share their key drivers of success for their local recruitment markets.

It was agreed that the ability to build strong personal relationships with both clients and candidates is a critical competence for all types of recruiters, from institutional to boutiques.
