Esther Khor, TenTen Partners

Esther started her technology career during the dot-com era and accumulated a 15-year track record in business development and leadership positions at global technology firms in Singapore and the UK. She entered executive search mid-career, and by leveraging on her strong technology and business background, she quickly became one of the most well-networked and established technology recruiters in the financial services sector. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for talent hunting, Esther co-founded TENTEN Partners with a clear vision to provide consultative and customised search solutions to local and international clients. Esther personally specialises in mid to senior-level executives for fintech firms. 

Pan Zaixian, Pan & Co

Zaixian has been in search for 20 years, initially covering larger corporations before embarking into emerging sectors, including companies transiting between North and South East Asia. Trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London, Zaixian then returned to Singapore where he started at Robert Walters, and went on to lead its financial services business and assisted in its expansion into North Asia. He then joined Kerry Consulting as General Manager and led it through a productive period of growth. Pan & Co was established in 2018 with Lye Sheng as co-founder. Over the course of his career, Zaixian’s teams have won numerous awards, including The Asian Banker Achievement Award for Executive Search, four years in a row. 

Ben Cooper, Ashford Benjamin

Originally a barrister, Ben has 15 years of experience within the recruitment industry and has been awarded Best Legal & Compliance Headhunter in Asia-Pacific by the AsiaMoney Headhunters Poll and Best Recruitment Consultant in Asia-Pacific by Global Recruiter. Ben founded Ashford Benjamin in 2016 and it has quickly grown from a one-person-business to a multi-million-dollar company and the leading executive search firm in its chosen markets of legal, risk, compliance, and business support. Ben’s additional role is Partner and CEO of Recruitment Entrepreneur, which is a Private Equity firm founded by James Caan CBE. Recruitment Entrepreneur provides expertise and funding to start-up recruitment businesses, and also helps existing recruitment firms to scale and exit.

Simon Mortlock, eFinancialCareers

Simon Mortlock is a content manager at eFinancialCareers, specialising in employment-related topics. He is an experienced writer and editor, and an expert in producing B2B and B2C content across a range of digital channels, including articles, videos, webinars, ebooks, and white papers. Simon, who was previously the company's Asia Pacific Editor, joined eFC more than 12 years ago and has since been based in both Singapore and London. He has degrees in Law and History from the University of Auckland, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism.
