What works for hiring, DEI and marketing
It’s an employer's market, with manageable recruitment goals and an increasing sense of realism on the part of candidates. Recent legal decisions have somewhat complicated the task of achieving DEI goals, but a joined-up approach can still deliver objectives. And the key to successful recruitment may mean involving marketing and business functions to “tell a story”.
