eFinancialCareers participates in the Diversity Project Skills Workshop 2024

eFinancialCareers, the world-leading financial services and tech career platform, participates in the Diversity Project The Skills Workshop 2024, to provide CV advice to students.

The Skills Workshop is run by the Diversity Project’s #TalkAboutBlack workstream each year with the goal of tackling under representation across the industry and increasing social mobility. So far, over 24,000 students have taken part. Of those students reached so far, 75% were from non-white backgrounds, 50% were female and 30% were from a low socioeconomic background.

This detailed, 5-month programme of virtual workshops is designed by industry professionals to provide young people with the insight, knowledge and direction needed to pursue a career in the investment industry.
