We are delighted to announce the official release of our new Candidate Search to all users following a successful testing phase over the past 2 months.
Why the Change? This year, we are committed to delivering a plethora of new and enhanced functionalities for our recruiters, starting with one of our core user flows, the Candidate Search page. Not only have we revamped the UI and UX of the Candidate Search page, but we have also focused on strengthening its foundations to enable you to make informed decisions as efficiently as possible.
Key Improvements:
- Enhanced Engagement: The page now boasts a clean and functional layout, providing more comprehensive information directly on the card, including Availability (or Notice Period), last online date, and key skills.
- Availability Filtering: You can now filter candidates based on their Availability, facilitating quicker identification of suitable candidates, particularly for immediate hiring needs.
- Improved Candidate Management: To address the issue of repetitive candidate appearances, we have implemented a feature where a candidate's name will display only once you have viewed them. Additionally, a new filter allows you to exclude candidates viewed in the past 30 days.
