It finds the best matching candidates in our candidate database even where their current job titles are quite different from the original job advert title. This is done using proprietary technology built with anonymous data from millions of our candidates to calculate precisely how closely related two different job titles are.
On top of this, we use a smart algorithm for surfacing the most active candidates without sacrificing relevance. We leverage proprietary hiring data and machine learning to fine-tune our system to surface the best candidates. Location matching based on radius search is applied for precise targeting.
