We are pleased to announce the launch of the initial version of our new Current Job Title filter, providing users with an additional tool to refine search results and discover more relevant candidates with ease. This filter offers the flexibility to search within its parameters, enabling users to select a normalied version of a candidate's current job title for precise result listings. Leveraging eFinancialCareers's Financial Services Data Model, we consolidate multiple variations of similar job titles into one normalised title, enhancing the filtering options available on Candidate Search.

- Defaulted candidate cards to expanded view for recruiters, with the option to collapse them.
- Addressed edge case bugs, particularly those related to special symbols that occasionally disrupt search requests.
Page Speed Enhancements: Across both Candidate and Recruiter experiences, we have implemented improvements to enhance page loading times, ensuring a smoother user experience, notably on the Job Search, Candidate Search and Editorial pages.
