New Features:

• Launch of e-commerce Option for USA Users: We are excited to announce the introduction of a new e-commerce option tailored for users in the USA on eFinancialCareers. This feature offers a seamless and efficient method for recruiters to access the eFinancialCareers platform, enhancing accessibility and convenience.
  
  
• Searchable Profile Flow Improvements: With this release, we have implemented enhancements to the Searchable Profile Flow, empowering candidates to easily make their profiles searchable after submitting an application. This update aims to streamline the candidate search process, providing recruiters with access to a larger pool of qualified candidates.
                                 
  

Enhancements to Candidate Search: 

• Integration of Updated Within and Viewed Candidate Parameters: We have incorporated the "Updated Within" and "Viewed Candidate" parameters into Saved Searches, enhancing search customisation for users. To utilise these parameters, users may need to add them to their Saved Search and click the "Update Search" icon to re-save the field.
• Introduction of Shortlists Feature: Users now have the ability to create Shortlists in addition to Saved Searches, facilitating better organisation and management of candidate profiles.
• Re-introduction of CV Viewing History: We have re-introduced the functionality to view the last time a CV was accessed and by whom, providing valuable insights for recruiters.
• Ingestion of Tagged Data: This update lays the groundwork for future enhancements, including the introduction of exciting new filters such as "Current Job Title."

• Various minor bug fixes, including further improvements to anchoring.
