Release Notes - March 28th 2024


In response to user feedback, we are excited to introduce a new enhancement on the Candidate Search page: the option for recruiters to increase the number of candidates displayed per page. Previously set at a default of 15 candidates, users now have the flexibility to adjust this to display up to 50 candidates per page. We recognise that reducing clicks and streamlining the candidate search process can significantly enhance daily workflows for recruiters, and we are committed to implementing changes that positively impact user experience.


Key Enhancement:

  • Increased Candidate Display: Recruiters now have the option to increase the number of candidates shown on each page, from the default 15 to up to 50 candidates per page, empowering users to find suitable candidates more efficiently.

Upcoming Features: Our focus extends beyond the current sprint as we prepare for upcoming releases in the coming months. Here's what you can look forward to:

New Version of Applicant Manager Page: In the next sprint, we will unveil a new version of the Applicant Manager page, designed to enhance candidate management and streamline the hiring process.

Invite to Apply: This feature will enable recruiters to directly invite candidates to apply for job openings, enhancing recruitment outreach and engagement. 

Recommended Candidates: Integrated within the new Applicant Manager page, Recommended Candidates will offer curated suggestions for potential hires, accessible immediately after posting a job.
