- AI-Powered Job Ads – You can now create high-quality job adverts in seconds. Just enter a short prompt or upload an existing job description, and our AI will generate a polished, professional ad ready for review.
- Streamlined Workflow – Jobs can be published instantly once the required fields are complete. You can still add more detail later to improve visibility and search performance, but it’s no longer a blocker to posting.
- Inventory Visibility – You will now see upfront whether you have available posting inventory. This gives you more transparency and control before you submit a listing.
What’s Next?
- Smart Candidate Recommendations: Soon, when you confirm a job post, we will automatically surface relevant candidates based on your listing. The system will also generate Recommended Search Alerts (RSAs) to help you begin outreach immediately.
