Release Notes - February 17th 2024

During this sprint, our primary focus has been on the ongoing enhancements to the Candidate Search release, a journey that will persist throughout the year and beyond. Since its full rollout to all our users, we have introduced several notable improvements:

Candidate Search Enhancements:

• Willing to Relocate Filter: We have introduced a new filter option, "Willing to Relocate," to provide recruiters with additional search criteria for identifying suitable candidates.

• Hover-over Search Bar: To enhance user experience and efficiency, we have implemented a hover-over feature on the search bar, allowing users to view the full query before execution. 
  

                                 
  

Performance Improvements: In tandem with our efforts to refine the Candidate Search, we have dedicated resources to enhance page speed across the entire recruiter experience. Each new page now boasts improved performance metrics compared to its predecessor. We remain committed to further optimising page speed to streamline the hiring process and ensure a seamless user experience.

Candidate-centric Enhancements: We haven't overlooked the candidate's experience on our platform. In this sprint, we introduced the following enhancements:

• Recommended Articles: Candidates now have access to recommended articles, enriching their knowledge and engagement on the platform.
• Streamlined Job Alert Sign-up: We have simplified the process for candidates to sign up for job alerts, reducing the number of steps required. This improvement enables candidates to receive timely notifications about relevant job opportunities and apply promptly.
