We’re excited to introduce Search by Job (Beta); a new feature designed to simplify and accelerate your candidate searches. With just two clicks, you can generate a powerful search string based on a live job post, eliminating the need for complicated Boolean queries. By leveraging the job’s key skills from the description, alongside the specialism, level and activity of the role, this feature ensures you receive the most relevant candidate matches quickly and effortlessly.
No more guesswork, let Search by Job do the heavy lifting and match you with top-tier talent in finance and tech.
How It Works
We match the job title and the skills associated with that title, combined with skills found in the job advertisement.
To provide a fair set of candidates to assess, we add the most closely related job titles and expand the seniority level to include candidates from the next level down.
We give preference to candidates who have been more recently active and who have a location as close to the job as possible.
Our proprietary algorithms and Financial Services Data Model allow you to target key skills in financial services with precision and accuracy that’s unmatched in the industry. Search by Job analyses the job advert’s key skills and job titles to instantly deliver a tailored list of the most relevant candidates.
